Bill Perry is a Partner and Global Managing Director at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology and outsourcing firm.
Over the past 28 years, Perry has participated in more than $40 billion in outsourcing and technology services transactions; first for Electronic Data Systems Corporation and then for Accenture. With technical services industry experience in more than 35 countries, he co-leads the Negotiations Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE leads the negotiation and/or provides advice for Accenture’s largest and most complex agreements. A much smaller but equally important responsibility, the CoE also provides negotiation and decision-making training for the company’s executives and lead business negotiators.
He earned a degree in marketing from Missouri State University in 1984. As a distinguished military graduate, Perry received a regular Army commission as a member of MSU’s Military Science ROTC program. Military parachutist qualified, he served four years in active military, leaving in 1988 with the rank of Captain. An MSU Executive in Residence, Perry has lectured in various COB undergraduate and graduate classes. In addition, Perry has also lectured in Baylor University’s Hankamer’s School of Business undergraduate and graduate classes. In 2012, Bill was inducted into the MSU ROTC Bear Battalion Hall of Fame.
Bill and his wife Heather live in Dallas, Texas with their daughter, Sophie.
