Biography

Diana Radke is a professional leader with a strong background in IT and Project Management. Diana has 22 years of IT Management experience with American Dehydrated Foods, a Springfield, Missouri - based manufacturing company. At ADF, she led the IT organization through growth and many technology transitions. She provided the organization’s leadership with consultation and IT strategic planning while constantly striving for excellence in IT operations.

She is experienced in PMO management as well as hiring, mentoring, and managing project managers. Diana has vast experience initiating, planning, and executing complex enterprise programs including merger & acquisition integrations, IT Infrastructure, and Business Application projects.

As a Strategic Project Manager in a large enterprise of 14,000 employees, Diana has a reputation for providing clarity in times of complexity. She strives for positive results and collaborates with large cross functional teams across the organization.

Diana has consistently demonstrated the ability to execute projects and drive change throughout the organization. Accomplishments include an Enterprise-Wide Legal Entity Rationalization project, transforming the business from 140 legal entities to five. In her role with US LBM, Diana has utilized the opportunity to gain experience in most functions of the business and build relationships with leadership at all levels.
