Biography
Jeanie Latz is a respected leader across public, private, academic and non-profit arenas. She was a C-Suite Executive in the energy industry holding operational responsibilities across functional lines including legal, human resources, internal audit, and facilities management. She was also a member of the faculty at University of Missouri-Kansas City, Henry W. Bloch School of Management, where she taught legal and strategy courses.
Jeanie has had substantial experience working with Boards throughout her career. She currently consults with publicly held companies on governance and SEC matters. She also sits on the Board of the American Association of University Women—a hundred-year-old organization based in Washington D.C.
She has chaired a number of non-profit Boards in the Kansas City community including the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Red Cross, Powell Botanical Gardens, the University of Missouri-Kansas City Women’s Council and Madam President Camp.
Jeanie holds a B.S. in Business Education degree from Missouri State University and a J.D. degree from the University of Missouri. She and her husband, Robert Latz, have two sons. One resides in San Diego and is pursuing a career in private equity, and the other lives in Los Angeles working in the technology industry.
