Jonathan Andrews is the Vice President, Human Resources and Training at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Springfield, MO where he has responsibility in the areas of employee relations, benefits and compensation, succession planning and development, talent acquisition and retention, payroll, field HR leadership, etc. In addition, Jonathan has responsibility for the training and learning function at O'Reilly ensuring the company's 75,000 team members are well educated and adept in automotive technology as well as the company's customer service mantra and overall culture.

Prior to his experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts, he served as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Central Region of AutoNation, Inc. AutoNation, Inc. is the largest publicly traded automotive retailer in the country. In this role, he had human resource responsibilities for 60 automotive dealerships covering a geographic base of 10 states. While at AutoNation, he served not only in his HR capacity but was intimately involved in the operations of AutoNation's dealership assets ensuring financial performance and operational excellence were being achieved monthly and annually.

Prior to AutoNation, Inc., he served as Regional Complex HR Manager with Tyson Foods. He oversaw all aspects of HR and Training for 2,500 associates working within Tyson's four food processing operations in South Georgia.

Prior to Tyson Foods, he served in various HR roles with Cargill, Inc. Cargill is one of the largest food conglomerate companies in the world and is privately held. He served in various field and corporate HR roles within a number of different Cargill business units while employed there.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Loyola University of the South. He received an MBA of Human Resource Management, with an emphasis in labor relations, from Auburn University.

He is married to Jennifer. They have three daughters and a son. His oldest daughter is currently a student at the MSU College of Business.
