Kelli is a Partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office, where she advises senior executives and boards on large-scale transformation, with a focus on integrating digital and AI into operating models to drive sustained performance. She is one of McKinsey’s leaders in AI operating model design, helping organizations translate AI ambition into practical adoption—embedding data, technology, and new ways of working to capture value at scale.

Kelli is an expert in organizational transformation, talent, and leadership, with deep experience helping companies modernize how they operate, accelerate decision making, and build future-ready capabilities.

She co-leads McKinsey’s Midwest Women’s Initiative and is a leader in the firm’s Travel, Logistics, and Infrastructure practice, where she co-leads work on organization and operating model transformation.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Kelli worked in investment banking at JPMorgan in New York. She also co-founded Project SPARK, a nonprofit that has raised over $100K to support sustainable initiatives in Ghana, South Africa, and Guatemala.

Kelli holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Missouri State University. She lives in the greater Chicagoland area with her husband and their five children
