Biography
Kelli is a Partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office. Kelli’s work is focused on driving large-scale organizational and cultural change for diverse clients. An expert on talent and leadership, Kelli helps top executives enhance organization-wide management effectiveness.
Kelli also co-founded the Midwest Executive Women’s Forum, which convenes top female executives in a partnership with Kellogg Business School’s Executive Program.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Kelli has worked in investment banking at JPMorgan in New York City. Kelli and her husband founded a nonprofit, Project SPARK, which raised over $100K for sustainable organizations in Ghana, South Africa, and Guatemala.
She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS from Missouri State University.
Kelli lives in Chicago with her husband, Kyle, also a Missouri State graduate, and their three children.
