Shallina’s role as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development charged her with rebooting the work place culture where she set the bar for utilizing social media and digital marketing strategies to reinvent how the company approached recruitment and retention strategies. Those strategies coupled with high-level execution and inclusionary management practices redefined the company, positioning Oxford towards positive change. As Oxford more closely integrated with CoxHealth, Shallina was responsible for leading the rebranding integration for the system as Oxford HealthCare changed to CoxHealth at Home.

Shallina received her BS in Business Management and holds an MBA from WGU.

Shallina is married and together with her husband Marty, has 5 children. When not driving those children around to practices and games, or sitting in bleachers somewhere cheering them on, Shallina loves exercising, health and wellness, reading, and watching documentaries on Netflix with her husband – preferably with a glass of wine.
