Biography
Diane spent over 30 years in the investment and financial services industry providing leadership in strategic direction, product development, product positioning, and sales growth. Until her retirement from the industry, Diane served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Retirement Plans and Asset Services for BOK Financial’ s Institutional Wealth group. She also served as President of BOK Financial Asset Management, Inc., a registered investment advisory firm, and oversaw the sales management function for Cavanal Hill Investment Management, Inc., another registered investment advisory firm, both affiliates of BOK Financial.
Prior to this role, Diane served as the National Sales Manager for both BOK Financial’s Institutional Wealth group and its affiliate, Cavanal Hill Investment Management, Inc.
Today, Diane is a small business owner. She along with her husband and brother-in-law, own and operate Ozark Mountain Trading Company, a paddle sports retailer.
Diane has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investments from Missouri State University, and currently serves as a board member for the Missouri State University Foundation, and serves as the Chair for MSU’s College of Business Executive Advisory Council. Diane is a former board member of the Southwest Benefits Association, a former board chair for the Margaret Hudson Program, and is a former board member and Chair of the Community Investments Committee for the Tulsa Area United Way. In her first year with the Margaret Hudson Program, Diane received the Rookie Board Member of the Year award, which was created to recognize her service and leadership.
Diane lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When not working, Diane enjoys bicycling, kayaking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
