Biography

Ken Meyer is the Founder and CEO of Meyer Communications which operated several radio stations in the Southwest Missouri area.

Mr. Meyer is a consummate philanthropist serving on many philanthropic boards over the years and he and his wife have always been supporters of higher education. You will notice their names on several buildings in Springfield and two on campus, the Jane A. Meyer Carillon as well as the Kenneth E. Meyer Alumni Center.

Mr. Meyer received the Bronze Bear award from MSU in 2004 and the Outstanding Missourian Award in 2005 from the Missouri House of Representatives.

Mr. Meyer is also an alumnus of MSU.
