Biography

Scott is President of Simmons Pet Food at Simmons Food Company. Scott joined Simmons in March of 2020. He currently is responsible for 2,500 team members across the U.S. and Canada. Simmons Pet Food is a high growth organization serving branded and retail customers with over $1B in annual sales.

He previously served as Chief Customer Officer, Kellogg Company for six years. Scott was accountable for leading over 80% of the Kellogg Company’s U.S. revenue.

Scott joined Kellogg in 1992 as a Retail Sales Representative. During his 23-year career he held a variety of Sales leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Walmart Sales; Senior Vice President, National Accounts; Vice President, Snacks, Walmart; Central Region Vice President, Morning Foods. He became a member of the Kellogg North America Leadership Team in May 2013.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri. He is also a member of the Missouri State University Executive Advisory Board of the College of Business.

Born in Sedalia, Missouri, Scott and his wife Allison (MSU ‘93) reside in Rogers, Arkansas.
