What if I’m not a business, economics, computer science, or actuarial mathematics major?
This fair is specifically designed to connect business, economics, computer science and actuarial mathematics students with employers searching for those precise majors. At this time students pursuing a business minor without a business major will not be granted admission. We encourage all students to attend the MSU Career Expo held in the spring semester and to utilize the many services offered within the MSU Career Center.

College of Business Virtual Career Fair: All COB courses, except SOA and TCM, with start times between 8:59 AM to 2:59 PM are cancelled

Is a workshop required in order to attend the fairs?
Yes, all students who plan to attend a COB Career Fair must complete the required COB Prepare for the Fair Workshop. The workshop has been moved to a completely online format, via Blackboard, for fall 2020. No in person workshops will be offered. All students who are eligible to attend the fairs have been enrolled in the Blackboard course. If you do not see the COB Prepare for the Fair Workshop as a course in your Blackboard account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Several live Q&A sessions are available, via Zoom, should you have questions after the workshop. These are optional and attendance is not required. Complete details and Zoom links can be found in Blackboard.
Workshop waivers are not available for fall 2020. All students who wish to attend the fall 2020 SOA, TCM, or COB Career Fair(s) must attend a Prepare for the Fair Workshop in calendar year 2020 (January 1, 2020 - September 15, 2020).
